The Department of Community Development is looking to hire an Innovation Specialist (Partnership management)- Emiratization
About the Role
: The role is responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing and measuring the success of strategic partnerships that drive Innovation growth and align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- :
- Contribute to the success of innovation ideation and implementation cycle
- Develop and deliver incentives framework for individuals and partners.
- Manage the sponsorship fund raising framework.
- Measuring the success of strategic partnerships
- Onboard partners (contracting and digital onboarding).
- Monitor partners/service providers performance and quality.
Qualifications
- :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Innovation, Strategy, Public policy or any related field.
- A Minimum of 3 Years Experience in Innovation and partnership performance and stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of local government regulations and procedures.
Required Skills
- :
- High research skills
- Coordination and follow up
- Partnership and Innovation Performance KPI management and monitoring
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
