About the Role
Oversee the provision of statistical analysis to identify trends according to the geographical quality of life framework.
The role involves developing
insights and predictive models
and providing the management with periodic data and reports to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop actionable insights and predictive models to support strategic decisions and public policy development.
- Analyze models and data to identify trends.
- Prepare periodic reports for the office and senior management to support strategic decisions regarding improving quality of life and updating related policies.
- Develop models and scenarios using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Identify key performance indicators and develop a monitoring mechanism to track performance and determine the effectiveness of programs and projects and provide recommendations.
- Simplify complex data and transform it into clear narratives for senior management to support decision-making.
- Lead analytical projects according to approved project timelines and ensure accuracy and integrity in all analyses.
- Enhance analytical capabilities by transferring best practices, innovating new tools and techniques, and proposing methodological improvements for data collection and analysis to achieve higher performance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a recognized academic institution, with a preference for a PhD
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Bilingual Arabic and English
• SPSS, Stata, R, Python
- Power BI, Tableau, GIS platforms
