We are looking for an IT Engineer to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint management, internal network, and server operations.
The role involves ensuring the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while providing technical support and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization’s technology environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, networking, and endpoint management, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, support users, and maintain reliable IT operations across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or IT Operations.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, or Security-related certifications).
- Experience with Microsoft Purview.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience working in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments
