Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Information Technology Sales Manager will oversee the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating qualified leads to closing deals and managing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

include developing and executing sales strategies for IT products and services, preparing proposals and presentations, and conducting product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

The role involves maintaining a strong sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets, and providing accurate sales forecasts.

The Information Technology Sales Manager will collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and support successful implementations.

The position also requires staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT Sales and Sales expertise, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and nurturing of opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, solutions, and services relevant to enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
  • Experience working in or with the Abu Dhabi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset.
