Job Title: Business Development Executive / IT Sales Executive

Compensation: Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary Initially)

Experience Required: 0-2 Years in IT Sales / Technology Solutions Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing

team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building

strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our IT products and services.

The candidate

should have proven experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of IT solutions and digital

transformation services.

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary, offering unlimited earning potential for

high-performing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and

online channels.

Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Products & Services To Sell

The candidate will be responsible for selling the following solutions:

Requirements

Minimum 0-2 years of proven experience in IT Sales, Technology Sales, or Business Development.

Strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud technologies, and infrastructure services.

Experience selling ERP, CRM, Website Development, Mobile Applications, VoIP, Cloud Services, or

Surveillance Solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in the UAE market.

Existing network of corporate clients.

Understanding of digital transformation and enterprise solutions.

Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
