Key Responsibilities
- **End-to-End Delivery:**
- Direct project development through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- **Payments & Compliance:**
- Lead electronic and mobile banking payment projects while ensuring full alignment with Central Bank regulations and internal audit guidelines.
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Act as the bridge between IT and Business Units, leading SteerCo meetings and managing vendor relationships.
- **Risk & Budget:**
- Proactively mitigate risks and manage project dependencies to ensure deliverables remain within the approved financial baseline.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Build and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 8 years as an IT Project Manager
- **Sector Expertise:**
- Strong background in
Banking And Financial Services
is required, with mandatory experience in
Payments
- .
- **Methodology:**
- Proven track record in delivering both
- Agile and Waterfall
- projects.
- **Certifications:**
- PMP or Prince2 certification is
- essential
- .
- **Education:**
- IT Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- **Tools:**
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio; knowledge of Clarity PPM is an advantage.
Core Competencies
- Exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach to delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Expertise in resource planning and cost/budget analysis.
