We're partnering with an innovative organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and are seeking a Senior Product Design Lead to help shape the future of intelligent digital experiences.
This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic product thinking with hands-on design leadership, working at the intersection of product, technology and data.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and delivery of complex digital products from concept through to launch
- Defining customer journeys, interaction models and user experiences across multiple platforms
- Driving user-centred design through research, testing and continuous iteration
- Building and evolving scalable design systems and best practices
- Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
- Influencing product direction and contributing to long-term digital strategy
- Exploring emerging technologies, automation and intelligent user experiences
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' experience in Product Design, UX/UI or Digital Experience Design
- Proven track record delivering complex digital products at scale
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, problem solving + measurable business impact
- Expertise with modern design tools such as Figma
- Experience developing design systems and accessibility standards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working within Agile product environments
- Exposure to data-rich, intelligent or highly personalised digital products would be advantageous
