Multiple IT Specialist & Project Management Roles for the Banking Sector based in Qatar.
We're looking for experienced banking technology and project management professionals to join us in Doha.
If you have a strong background in AML, Treasury, Core Banking, or Fraud Solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
• Project Manager - AML And Treasury
: Lead end-to-end AML and Treasury projects, from transaction monitoring and sanctions screening to liquidity reporting. 8+ years' PM experience in banking required.
• Project Manager - Core Banking
- Drive implementation, migration, and upgrade projects for Core Banking platforms (Temenos, Finacle etc.). 10+ years' experience, with 3 to 5 years on Core Banking projects.
- IT Project Manager - Fraud Solution Implementation:
- Deliver Fraud/AML technology solutions in a banking context. 8–10 years of experience as IT Project Manager including 5+ years of experience in fraud/AML/financial crime prevention.
- PMP/PRINCE2 is required.
- IT Developer - (Core Banking & Regulatory Reporting)
- Strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, ETL and Business Objects skills, with 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting.
• System Specialist - (Anti Money Laundering)
- Support and enhance AML and Treasury applications, with exposure to platforms like Kondor, Net Reveal and Kiya.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' hands-on banking IT experience is required.
- What we're looking for across these roles:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science or Engineering.
- Proven experience in regulated banking environments.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification (for Project Manager roles) is a plus.
- Familiarity with FATF/Basel regulatory frameworks.
- Prior GCC/Qatar market experience is highly preferred.
