ITSM Administrator:

• Maintain and configure ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and BMC. Manage workflows and scripting.

Software Development roles:

Applications L1 Support Engineer:

• Handle user incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues. 5 FTE required.

FE Engineer (Power Pages):

• Develop front-end components on Power Pages with responsive UI/UX design.

BE Engineer (CRM Dynamics):

• Backend development and integration for Dynamics 365, focusing on APIs and functionality.

Drupal Admin:

NOC Engineer:

Network & Security Lead (L3):

Senior Network & Security Engineer (L2):

• Design and implement secure network solutions. Strong experience with NGFW, F5, cloud networking, and all core routing protocols.

Network Engineer:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure. Critical to service uptime. 3 FTE required.

Cloud & Infrastructure roles:

Cloud Engineer:

• Design and maintain multi-cloud environments. High-touch service requiring continuity. 2 FTE required.
• Skills: Azure/AWS/GCP, Cloud Security.
• AZ-104 or AWS SAA.
• 4+ years Bachelor's in IT/CS.

DevOps Engineer:

• Automate CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure system reliability at scale.

• 5+ years Bachelor's in IT or equivalent.

Platforms & Hardware Engineer:

• Manage physical servers, storage, and platform infrastructure requiring direct on-site access. 2 FTE required.

Data Centre Engineer:

• Operate and maintain datacentre facilities including power, cooling, and physical infrastructure on-site.

Device Management Engineer:

• Manage large end-user device fleets using MDM/UEM tools. On-site availability required. 2 FTE required.

IT Asset & Operations roles:

Monitoring Tools Administrator:

• Implement and manage IT monitoring tools, configure dashboards and thresholds across environments.
• Skills: Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios.
• CompTIA Network +Solar Winds SCP.
• 3+ years Bachelor's in IT.

Software Asset Specialist:

• Manage software licenses, track compliance, and optimize software asset inventory across all environments.
• Skills: SAM Tools, License Management, Compliance
• CSAM (preferred)
• 3+ years Bachelor’s in IT/Business.

Hardware Asset Specialist:

• Track and manage hardware assets through the full lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Skills: Asset Management Tools, Inventory Control

IT Stores Coordinator:

• Coordinate IT equipment stores, manage stock levels, dispatch and receive IT assets on-site.

Systems, Content & Patching roles:

FileNet Admin:

• Administer IBM FileNet document management system, ensuring efficient operation and availability.
• Skills: IBM FileNet, ECM, LDAP.
• IBM FileNet Certification (preferred).
• 4+ years Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science.

OpenText Admin:

• Administer and manage OpenText content management system for smooth, stable operation.
• Skills: OpenText Content Suite, ECM, SQL

Windows Patching Engineer:

• Plan and execute Windows OS patching cycles to ensure security compliance across all endpoints.

Linux Patching Engineer:

• Manage Linux server patching and hardening across enterprise environments on-site.
• Skills: RHEL/Ubuntu, Ansible, Bash, Yum/APT

Backup Engineer:

• Design and manage backup and recovery solutions, ensure RPO/RTO targets are consistently met across all environments.
