Role overview

Experience and knowledge

• 8–12+ years of project or programme management experience, with banking, Treasury, Global Markets, fintech, or regulated financial-services experience.
• End-to-end delivery ownership, from initiation through closure, and strong planning, scheduling, tracking, and governance experience.
• Experience managing RAID items and preparing executive reporting, SteerCo packs, dashboards, and senior presentations.
• Stakeholder management across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Vendor, consultant, and third-party coordination; budget, resource, funding, and delivery tracking.
• Understanding of Treasury processing flows, cash and liquidity management, market data, and front-to-back operations.
• Experience with platforms such as Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, Flexcube, FMC, Murex, or Calypso.
• Exposure to Treasury transformation, platform enhancements, system integrations, PoC/MVP delivery, or innovation-led initiatives.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Treasury and related technology initiatives in a regulated financial-services environment.
• Own project delivery end to end, from initiation through closure.
• Plan, schedule, track, and govern project work and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive reports, SteerCo packs, dashboards, and senior presentations.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, control, and support functions.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and other third parties.
• Track project budgets, resources, funding, and delivery.
