Workday Functional Analyst & Integration Specialist

Role

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements, configure Workday solutions, and demonstrate configurations through prototypes.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment; schedule, monitor, and maintain integrations.
• Collaborate across teams and lead improvements to Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Assess Workday feature and release impacts on integrations and reporting.
• Prepare administration, end-user, and training documentation; follow change management controls.
• Partner with HRIS teams on testing and releases, provide ticket-based customer support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant Workday Studio experience and at least 5 years with Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and Java.
• Experience integrating Workday with payroll, benefits, and background verification vendors.
• Experience with Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM; business requirements gathering, documentation, and process design.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; knowledge of SDLC and/or project methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Workday Integrations Certification is preferred.
