Position overview
As the Information Security Officer, you will act as the primary liaison between the business unit and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). You will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of information security measures, ensure compliance with security requirements, and promote a strong security culture across the organization.
What you will do
- Information Security Management
- Support the CISO in identifying and assessing information assets and security risks within the assigned business unit.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of information security controls and measures.
- Recommend and implement security measures to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Incident Management
- Report potential security breaches, policy violations, and security risks to the CISO.
- Security Consulting & Governance
- Advise business stakeholders on information security requirements, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for information security topics within the assigned business unit.
- Promote compliance with information security directives and standards.
- Security Awareness
- Support and execute security awareness and training initiatives.
- Act as a role model for secure behavior and foster a security-conscious culture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in information security, ideally based on the ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 framework
- Knowledge of security engineering principles and security risk management.
- Basic understanding of business processes and business administration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Basic information security training or relevant certifications are an advantage
What we require
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in information security, ideally based on the ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 framework
Knowledge of security engineering principles and security risk management.
Basic understanding of business processes and business administration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English
Basic information security training or relevant certifications are an advantage
