Information Delivery & Visualization Engineer
Role Overview
Design and maintain proactive Splunk dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor application health, detect anomaliesand reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on critical production incidents and deliver long-term preventive solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Utilize Grafana to monitor real-time application performance metrics across multiple retail systems including TSAYS, CBO, Produce Scales, and GETGO.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with device management teams to ensure seamless operation of in-store hardware and handset ecosystems.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored proceduresand database views to support data analysis and issue resolution.
• Process client-raised tickets in Zendesk, meeting SLA targets through prioritization, clear communication, and rapid resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engineers to deploy quick fixes during high-priority incidents without impacting live retail operations.
