SQUATWOLF is a Dubai-born performance wear brand.

Founded by Anam Khalid and Wajdan Gul, in 2016.

The brand was created to fill a gap in the Middle East for specialized, high-quality athletic apparel tailored for intense training and diverse body types.

The brand is in the next phase of growth expanding internationally, and accelerating brand presence in and outside of GCC focusing on the UK and European markets and other markets.

Influencer marketing has been one of the key growth levers from day one.

Now we are looking for the leader who can take it to the next level.

The Role

We are hiring an

Influencer Marketing Manager

to own and scale our influencer and affiliate marketing strategy, with a sharp focus on the GCC, UK and European markets.

You will be leading the program from right creator identification criteria and partnership terms, to content output KPIs, campaign execution, performance measurement, and long-term community building.

You will own the strategy end-to-end, report directly into the Director of Brand & Marketing, and have a meaningful seat at the table in shaping how SQUATWOLF grows in GCC and international markets.

We are looking for someone who has done this before at scale, in an influencer-first business, and ideally inside the performance wear, fitness, or sports world where creators and athletes are the lifeblood of the brand.

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute the global influencer and affiliate marketing strategy, with priority focus on GCC, UK and European market expansion.
  • Continuously evolve ambassador program including: gifted creators, affiliates, contracted athletes, and campaign influencers.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across brand awareness, content output, and revenue contribution.

2. Talent Identification & Partnerships

  • Identify, vet, and onboard creators across all creators types with a sharp eye for authenticity, audience quality, and brand alignment.
  • Build and maintain a robust creator database across GCC, UK, Europe, and other priority markets.
  • Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements gifting, affiliate, retainer, campaign-based that protect margin while securing the right partners.
  • Support build and use AI tools/agents to outreach and negotiate with creators.

3. Campaign Execution

  • Project-manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from brief to delivery to measurement.
  • Brief creators, oversee content production, and ensure consistency with brand voice and visual identity.
  • Partner closely with brand, creative, ecom, and retail teams to align influencer activity with the broader marketing calendar.

4. Affiliate Program

  • Own the affiliate program end-to-end: recruitment, structure, payouts, performance tracking, and optimisation.
  • Refine commission tiers and incentive structures to drive ROI while keeping affiliates engaged and motivated.
  • Build scalable systems and tooling to manage a growing affiliate base efficiently.

5. Performance & Reporting

  • Track ROI, engagement, CAC, content output, and revenue contribution across all tiers.
  • Build clear dashboards and deliver regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Continuously test, optimise, and reallocate budget based on data.

6. Community & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate long-term, authentic relationships with our ambassador network across all tiers.
  • Drive ambassador retention, advocacy, and organic content output.
  • Activate the community around key brand moments, product launches, and live events.

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years leading programs in international markets specifically UK and/or Europe.
  • Prior experience inside an influencer-first or DTC brand, ideally in performance wear, fitness, or sports.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale an influencer or ambassador program from the ground up or take an existing one to the next level.
  • Deep network of creators, agents, and talent agencies across UK and Europe.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., LTK, Awin, Refersion, Impact, Shopify Collabs).
  • Strong commercial acumen, confident negotiating contracts, managing six- and seven-figure budgets, and tying spend directly to ROI.
  • Independent operator, you set the direction, own the outcomes, and report up cleanly without needing hand-holding.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with attribution, performance tracking, and dashboard building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Genuine passion for performance wear, fitness culture, and creator-led brand building.

Nice To Have

  • Existing relationships with UK and European athletes, HYROX competitors, CrossFit creators, or fitness personalities.
  • Experience with creator management platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, Tribe Dynamics, or CreatorIQ.
  • Background in launching brands into new international markets.
  • Strong hands-on content sensibility, you know what good UGC looks like and how to brief for it.

What Success Looks Like

  • This role is judged on three things: market growth, content output, and commercial return.
  • In your first 12 months, we expect to see clear, measurable progress in each.
  • First 30 days: structure a program optimised for performance, a market gap analysis for UK and Europe, and a refreshed influencer and affiliate strategy presented to leadership.
  • First 6 months: a meaningfully expanded creator base in UK and Europe, live performance dashboards across all tiers, and a restructured affiliate program built to scale.
  • First 12 months: measurable contribution to revenue and brand awareness in UK and European markets, with optimised cost structures across the ambassador and influencer mix.
