We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

to support the growth of our affiliate and CRM channels, helping drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue across key markets.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their digital marketing career who is commercially minded, data-curious and passionate about Ecommerce, fitness and consumer behaviour.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to execute the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention focusing on affiliate marketing and CRM with support across across all channels, including paid search, paid social and SEO.
  • Execution and optimisation of SQUATWOLF’s affiliate marketing activity across both our in-house affiliate programme and Commission Junction (CJ).
  • Managing affiliate partner relationships, onboarding new publishers and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Monitor affiliate performance daily, identifying trends, opportunities and inefficiencies across markets and campaigns.
  • Support the planning and execution of CRM and email campaigns across key trading moments, launches and retention journeys.
  • Day-to-day email campaign setup, segmentation, QA and reporting.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce Designers, Brand and Ecommerce teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and commercial priorities.
  • Support customer retention initiatives focused on improving repeat purchase rate, engagement and customer lifetime value.
  • Produce regular reporting across affiliate and CRM performance, including revenue, traffic, conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Support testing plans across email creative, subject lines, journeys, landing pages and promotional mechanics.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing, affiliate and CRM best practices, competitor activity and platform developments.
  • Assist wider Ecommerce and Digital Marketing teams with campaign coordination and trading support where required.

About You

  • Passion for fitness, sport or training culture.
  • 1-2 years’ experience within Digital Marketing, CRM, Affiliates or Ecommerce.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, ideally including Commission Junction (CJ).
  • Exposure to CRM or email marketing platforms such as MoEngage or Klaviyo would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and digital reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in Ecommerce trading and customer behaviour.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
  • Retail, fashion, Ecommerce or consumer brand experience preferred.
