Role Overview
This position is based at our headquarters in Dubai, UAE.
Club L London is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Influencer Marketing Executive to drive brand growth across the UAE & KSA markets. This role is focused on identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and support commercial performance.
You will play a key role in cracking high-impact influencer collaborations, executing end-to-end campaigns, and building long-term relationships with creators relevant to our target audience in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms in UAE & KSA.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant, high-performing influencers (macro, micro, and nano).
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives (product launches, seasonal drops, promotions).
- Brief influencers clearly on campaign goals, content direction, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and posting schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of all influencer collaborations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Analyse influencer effectiveness and optimize future collaborations based on data.
- Maintain reports and dashboards on influencer activity and campaign outcomes.
Content & Brand Alignment
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with Club L’s brand image, tone, and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with internal teams (social, e-commerce, creative) to maximize campaign impact.
- Stay updated on regional trends, competitor activity, and influencer landscape in UAE & KSA.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, preferably in fashion/lifestyle.
- Strong understanding of the UAE & KSA influencer landscape.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of influencers, agencies, and talent managers in GCC.
- Experience working with fashion or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with influencer analytics tools and platforms.
- Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
