Role Description

Trifid Media Qatar is looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team full-time at our headquarters in Doha, Qatar.

The role involves identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive marketing campaigns for clients.

You will oversee influencer collaborations, track campaign performance, and manage content deliverables to ensure alignment with brand goals.

Responsibilities

also include strategic planning, negotiation, overseeing campaign timelines, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and current influencer marketing trends
  • Knowledge of Qatar advertising regulations, disclosure requirements, and cultural standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify and evaluate influencers aligned with brand image and target audience demographics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating influencer campaigns from strategy and briefing to execution and reporting
  • Ability to review and quality-check influencer content to ensure brand consistency and compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle last-minute changes, and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience managing influencer contracts, deliverables, timelines, invoices, and campaign documentation
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative, social media, and project management teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, and competitive influencer marketing benchmarks
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
