Industrial Millwright

Journeyman Ticket or Red Seal Millwright Certification (required)

Must have own hand tools (Power tools are provided)

Strong knowledge of plant and equipment operations

Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment

Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan daily tasks with minimal supervision

Comfortable working both independently and in a team-based environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams

Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts

Availability for weekend overtime as production demands require

Physically capable of handling heavy equipment (in excess of 25 kg)

Poultry or food production experience is considered an asset

The successful candidate will be results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees.
