Industrial Engineering Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, review, and update standardized work instructions throughout the facility
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects within the operations departments
- Assist production departments with data analysis to identify opportunities related to production quality, throughput, delays, etc.
- Assist with statistical analysis, solution verification, and validation of improvement countermeasures
- Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited University, with a major in engineering discipline, preferably Industrial or Mechanical
- Must be entering junior or senior standing with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, attention to detail, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
