Indoor Sales Executive

**Salary:** AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive **Indoor Sales Executive** to support business development through client coordination, follow-ups, and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.
------------------------
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via calls and emails
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations and proposals
- Identify business opportunities from leads and existing customers
- Coordinate with operations teams for shipment execution
- Maintain customer records and sales MIS reports
- Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Support marketing and sales initiatives

- **1–2 years of freight forwarding experience in the UAE (mandatory)**
- Experience handling **Export / Import Sea Freight customers**
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Good understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
