About This Role
Sales & Business Development
- Handle customer inquiries received through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, and alternatives.
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations based on customer specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and inquiries to convert leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services.
Customer Coordination
- Provide timely responses to customer queries regarding pricing, product availability, technical details, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmations, modifications, and delivery updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt support.
Order Processing & Documentation
- Generate quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and related sales documents using Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and customer communications.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and properly updated in the system.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the procurement team for material availability and sourcing of required items.
- Work closely with warehouse, packing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel regarding delivery schedules, locations, and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with the outdoor sales team regarding customer requirements, project updates, and sales opportunities.
