Job summary
Provide one-to-one academic, social, and behavioral support to help students access learning, participate in school activities, and develop independence.
Key responsibilities
- Support individual learning goals and classroom activities.
- Implement IEPs and agreed learning and support strategies.
- Encourage student confidence, communication, and independence.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Work closely with teachers, SEN/Inclusion staff, parents, and specialists.
- Promote positive behavior and student wellbeing.
- Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, health and safety, and school policies.
Qualifications and skills
- Relevant education or SEN qualification or experience is preferred.
- Experience working with children is desirable.
- Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Tagalog is required.
Compensation
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Dubai location required; work is in person.
