This mobile healthcare role accompanies physicians on home or on-site visits and supports clinical procedures and patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities
- Assist doctors during medical consultations at patients’ homes or designated locations.
- Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and basic health evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Support minor medical procedures while adhering to infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with DHA standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post-visit care, and follow-up instructions.
- Keep medical kits and equipment stocked, clean, and compliant with clinical quality standards.
- Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Fresh DHA-eligible candidates currently in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in mobile, home-based, or community healthcare services is preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
Schedule and transport
- 12-hour rotational day and night shifts.
- Company-provided transportation for home and site visits, to and from the office.
