The role is based across Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
Required Experience and Education
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- MBA or PGDM qualification.
- AI and data experience, including data science and modeling in sales, marketing, and supply chain.
Technical Skills
- Proven predictive analytics and data science modeling experience.
- Knowledge of big data, data lakes, machine learning, and conversational AI.
- Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Python, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Snowflake are desirable skills.
Data Governance and Delivery
- Lead data analysis, profiling, modeling, mapping, and query design.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and query compliance.
- Define standards and best practices for analysis, modeling, and query development.
- Develop an enterprise data dictionary and manage data flows, transformations, lineage, and access controls.
- Partner with governance teams to uphold organizational data principles.
Analytics and Client Leadership
- Understand client priorities and industry context and build strong client relationships.
- Build, train, and deploy predictive and machine-learning models using Python, Spark, and cloud platforms.
- Drive cloud-based analytics initiatives and provide viewpoints on analytics trends and services.
- Relevant delivery exposure includes Resources, Consumer Goods, and Life Sciences.
