Leads the design, development, and configuration of applications and acts as the primary point of contact.
The role is based at the Coimbatore office.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of software development activities for timely delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage and collaborate with the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and solve problems affecting multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional work to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Own technical aspects of the project lifecycle and communicate proactively to resolve issues and meet project goals and timelines.
Required qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Experience integrating complex systems and managing application performance.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to support collaboration among diverse teams.
