Implementation Specialist (Software)

Requirements

• Who You Are
• ● Early‐career IT professional with 0–3 years of experience in help desk, support, systems, or software implementation
• ● Comfortable working in Windows environments and basic networking concepts
• ● Familiar with databases (SQL Server preferred)
• ● Strong communicator with solid organizational skills
• ● Curious, eager to learn, and able to follow structured processes
• ● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ● Exposure to IIS, Windows Server, or web services
• ● Basic SQL knowledge
• ● Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or Google Workspace
• ● Familiarity with ECM/EDM solutions
• ● Experience with ActiveCollab or similar tools
• ● Occasional travel may occur but is rare
• ● Must have a suitable home office environment
