Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership experience to ensure proper guidance is provided to the Clinical Developers.
  • Skills Needed
  • Expert problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Anju Software's clinical products, or the ability to quickly become proficient.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent problem resolution follow-up skills to ensure all projects are handled in a timely manner.
  • Proven technical leadership in a team environment.
  • Qualifications Needed
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or related work experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience with DHTML (HTML + JavaScript).
  • High-level understanding of SQL and IIS.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial design and setup.
  • Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines for the conduct of clinical trials.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and/or experience within the life sciences industry preferred.
