Salary: 2,000 AED – 8,000 AED (Based on experience) + Monthly Commissions
The Role
Crown Grate Migration is looking for an ambitious Immigration Consultant to join our team in Deira. This is a sales-focused role where your ability to build rapport and close deals is the key to success. We need someone who can turn a consultation into a life-changing opportunity for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up with leads and conduct face-to-face consultations at our Deira office.
- Expert Advice: Explain migration pathways (Canada, Australia, etc.) and guide clients on the best options for their profile.
- Closing: Handle objections, build trust, and secure client enrollments to meet monthly targets.
- Documentation: Ensure all initial client files are accurate and complete before passing them to the processing team.
Requirement Checklist
- Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE .
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Sales experience . (If you have worked in Immigration/Visas before, that’s a major plus!)
- Languages: Professional fluency in English is required, along with Sinhala, Malayalam, or Hindi .
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a professional appearance, and a results-oriented mindset.
