Immigration Sales Consultant
About This Role
We are seeking a results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to guide clients through immigration programs and convert inquiries into successful applications. The role involves consultation, sales, and coordination with processing teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for immigration services (PR, work permits, study visas, etc.)
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs
- Explain eligibility criteria, process timelines, and documentation requirements
- Convert leads into sales by building trust and addressing client concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals
- Coordinate with case processing/operations teams after client onboarding
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and program changes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
