The Role:
As an Immigration Sales Consultant | Canada & Australia Program Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for prospective immigrants. You are responsible for identifying viable pathways and converting leads into enrollments through technical expertise and strategic relationship management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for Canadian (Express Entry, PNP) and Australian (Subclass 189, 190, 491) programs.
- Convert high-quality leads into active clients by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop personalized immigration roadmaps based on current regulatory frameworks and client eligibility.
- Provide clear, fact-based advice to build long-term trust and ensure a seamless client transition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in immigration sales, with specific expertise in Canada and Australia point-based systems.
- Proven history of meeting revenue targets within the UAE immigration consultancy market.
- Exceptional command of English; ability to explain complex legal requirements with precision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead nurturing.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to assess profiles against evolving migration criteria.
- Commitment to providing realistic success probabilities over high-pressure sales.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
