The employer is seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant with strong communication skills to guide clients through immigration consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their immigration goals and requirements.
- Explain immigration programs, visa options, eligibility criteria, and procedures.
- Assess client profiles and provide accurate information based on client requirements.
- Handle leads and follow up with prospective clients by calls, messages, and meetings.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Guide clients through documentation and application processes.
- Follow up regularly and keep clients updated on cases.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth client experience.
Mandatory requirements
- At least six months of experience as an Immigration Consultant is required.
- Hands-on immigration consultancy experience is essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills are required.
- Professional and persuasive communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills are required.
- Knowledge of immigration consultation and documentation processes is required.
- Must be target-oriented and able to work independently and with a team.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
