Sales responsibilities

• Convert company-provided leads and inquiries into clients, and generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Communicate with clients by calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings; identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Advise on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore formation and prepare clear quotations explaining packages and costs.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
• Manage CRM lead records and sales pipelines; build client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Cross-sell PRO services, visas, Golden Visas, licence renewals, amendments, and other corporate services.
• Coordinate completed sales with Operations and achieve monthly targets.

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of UAE business setup or company formation sales experience and proven performance in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
• Comfort with monthly sales targets, excellent communication, negotiation, closing, follow-up, and lead management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects at once.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• CRM experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
