The company is hiring a motivated and confident Sales Agent to communicate professionally with customers.
Previous experience is not required.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good sales knowledge or a strong interest in sales.
- Confidence speaking with clients; professional and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills; target-oriented and motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn company products and services.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers, respond to inquiries, explain services, and recommend suitable services based on customer needs.
- Follow up with prospects by calls, WhatsApp, and other channels; communicate regularly with existing customers and build client relationships.
- Generate and follow up on leads, assist customers through the sales process, and negotiate and close sales when appropriate.
- Meet monthly and individual targets, maintain accurate lead and customer records, and work with the team toward company targets.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month plus commission.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
