What you'll do

  • Understand business needs and propose smart, scalable IT solutions. Act as the key contact for global IT teams and turn strategy into action. Keep a customer-first mindset while managing local vendors and contracts. Be the first point of escalation for critical incidents and drive quick resolution. Help colleagues use IT tools and services, deliver training and lead information sessions. Manage local systems, support global rollouts, and oversee technical tasks such as backups and hardware configuration. Support office moves, technology upgrades and large events so everything runs smoothly. Manage assets and stock from procurement to retirement.
