Role Overview
As a Shift Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our power plant.
This position demands a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.
You will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, maintaining operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is open to applicants within Indonesia and requires daily attendance at our Indonesia plant and willing to travel 20%.

- 1–3 years in a similar role; prior exposure to power plant operations or industrial environments is highly desirable.
