This automotive multinational is looking to hire an ICT Project Manager to oversee and manage technology projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with business objectives.
Position Summary
This is a six-month project-based role, extendable based on project requirements.
The role requires strong coordination and communication skills, a solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities of the project.
- Coordinate with HQ teams, suppliers, local business users, and IT teams across different functions.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, workshops, status calls, and steering committees.
- Prepare meeting minutes, project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support ERP-related activities, system integrations, testing, training, data migration, and go-live preparation.
- Assist in aligning business processes with system and operational requirements.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Escalate project delays, issues, and risks to management when needed.
- Support user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post go-live stabilization activities.
- Maintain proper project documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to company project management standards and internal processes
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, ERP, or system implementation projects.
· Good understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.
· Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects involving business and IT stakeholders.
· Experience in working with suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
· PMP, Prince2, Agile, or other project management certification will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
· Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work with multicultural and cross-regional teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
· Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
· Ability to prepare management presentations and executive updates.
· Automotive industry knowledge would be an added advantage.
Key Deliverables
· Successful coordination and execution of the project.
· On-time completion of project milestones and deliverables.
· Effective coordination between suppliers, HQ, business users, and IT teams.
· Timely reporting of project status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Successful support for testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
