Overview
Our client, a leading multinational automotive company, is currently seeking to hire a Regional Corporate Identity Manager for their regional operations based in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will possess strong experience in implementing automotive corporate identity standards and managing end-to-end retail facility projects across the region.
Role Overview
The Regional C.I.
Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining corporate identity standards across retail facilities while overseeing total project management activities, including site selection and close coordination with importers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver retail facility corporate identity standards across the region in line with agreed targets and brand requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end project management activities from planning to final handover to the importer.
- Coordinate closely with importers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Obtain project approvals from global stakeholders, including preparing presentations and concurrence papers for Category C projects.
- Conduct direct consultations with Dealer Principals and Business Owners regarding investment feasibility studies, including location assessments, scale, and format planning.
- Coordinate contractor activities, material specifications, and project execution requirements.
- Adapt project plans according to site conditions and resolve any construction-related challenges that may arise during implementation.
- Conduct post-construction audits to ensure compliance with corporate identity standards.
- Manage retail environment quality during the investment protection period following implementation.
- Lead the appointment and management of regional corporate identity suppliers.
Key Performance Indicators
- Delivery of facility projects within agreed milestones and timelines, considering local regulations and requirements.
- Full project control and management through to successful delivery and handover.
Key Requirements
- Experience working with corporate identity guidelines and adaptation.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt plans according to circumstances and effectively resolve construction and project-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work under tight timelines and project budget pressures.
Preferred Background
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
- Leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
