• Install, configure, administer, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server environments is MUST
• Perform WebSphere patch deployment, fix pack installation, and version upgrades across development, testing, and production environments is MUST

IBM WebSphere Application Server Administration

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.
• Perform WebSphere patch deployment, fix pack installation, and version upgrades across development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage application deployments, server configurations, and cluster administration.
• Configure and maintain WebSphere cells, nodes, application servers, and deployment managers.
• Troubleshoot application server issues and ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Conduct health checks and capacity planning for WebSphere environments.

IBM MQ Administration

• Install, configure, and administer IBM MQ environments.
• Implement and maintain IBM MQ security hardening using:
• SSL/TLS encryption

• Object Authority Manager (OAM)

• LDAP integration for authentication and authorization
• Manage queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, and message routing.
• Configure high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for IBM MQ.
• Monitor messaging infrastructure and resolve communication bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in IBM middleware administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)

• IBM MQ
• Experience performing:
• WebSphere patching and version upgrades
• IBM MQ security configuration and hardening
• IBM WebSphere Application Server patch deployment and version upgrades, IBM MQ security hardening (SSL/TLS, LDAP integration, channel authentication), middleware performance monitoring and incident resolution.
• IBM middleware platforms such as application servers and messaging systems that support core enterprise applications.
