Role overview

Location and work pattern

Role responsibilities

• Design and deliver IAM solutions for identity governance, access lifecycle management, and authentication.
• Lead technical IAM platform integration with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directories.
• Assess client IAM and PAM practices and security requirements.
• Act as primary client contact, define secure IAM architecture, and oversee operations and improvement.
• Lead security change teams, contribute to bid work and opportunity management, and grow the practice's IAM capability.

Essential skills

• Extensive experience in IAM or security architecture and proven IGA delivery in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or Okta.
• Stakeholder management and business development support experience.
• Knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP.
• Experience with cloud identity platforms such as Azure AD / Entra ID or AWS IAM.

Desirable qualifications and experience

• CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF certification, or an advanced degree, is desirable.
• PAM solution experience and exposure to GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA are desirable.
