Oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and site activities in construction and MEP contracting.
Ensure works meet project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works.
- Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks to technicians and workers.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and report technical issues to management.
Requirements and qualifications
- Diploma or technical qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of practical HVAC supervision experience in the UAE; applicants without previous UAE work experience will not be considered.
- Experience in UAE construction projects and MEP contracting works.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with site teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, including managing technicians and workers.
- Commitment to quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
