The company seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead construction projects and project teams.
The role is described as based in Dubai; the posting also lists UAE as the location.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start through completion and handover.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce.
- Deliver work according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, resources, costs, quality, and HSE requirements; resolve site and technical issues.
- Prepare and review progress reports and ensure timely project handover.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of construction experience in the UAE; strong Dubai experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar senior role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, site operations, UAE construction practices, and Dubai authority requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
