Main Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC shop drawings according to project requirements.
- Prepare and modify HVAC ducting drawings for supply, return, and fresh air systems.
- Prepare HVAC piping drawings for chilled water, drain, and refrigerant piping.
- Prepare ventilation drawings for exhaust and fresh air systems.
- Prepare coordination drawings with architectural, electrical, plumbing, structural, and other MEP services.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site installation.
- Prepare detailed sections, layouts, details, and equipment connections.
- Coordinate drawings with site engineers and identify clashes before installation.
- Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments and site requirements.
- Prepare drawings for FAHU, AHU, FCU, DX units, ductwork, diffusers, grilles, and ventilation fans.
- Ensure drawings are dimensioned, labelled, and suitable for consultant submission and site execution.
- Maintain drawing numbering, revision control, and drawing records.
Required Skills
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP coordination.
- Ability to understand HVAC design drawings and equipment schedules.
- Experience preparing shop drawings, ventilation drawings, and coordination drawings.
- UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,354.38 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is hybrid remote in Dubai.
