Role Overview & Objective
Tamheer Training Opportunity for ambitious Saudi graduates passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
The program provides hands-on experience across key HR functions and develops professional and technical skills for a corporate environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with different departments to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR reporting and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the team.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required Qualifications
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program (mandatory).
- Fresh graduate or with limited work experience.
- Passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.
