Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Human Resources Specialist.
The HR Specialist will handle tasks including the development, implementation, and management of HR policies, employee benefits programs, and personnel management strategies.
The position involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining effective communication with employees, and supporting organizational goals through efficient human resources practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
- Strong experience in HR Management and the ability to guide organizational HR strategies effectively
- minimum experience 5 years
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management to support employee welfare and maintain workplace harmony
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the construction and real estate development industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is beneficial
