This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Makkah.
This job is restricted on Saudi nationals only as per applicable regulations.
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for running HR-related processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management tasks.
Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and compliance with local labor laws.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good English language level.
- Having 4 - 6 years of related work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with ERP system (SAP Success Factor) .
- Advance computer skills including Microsoft Applications.
- Sufficient knowledge of HR processes and practices, Labor Law, and updated regulations.
- Familiar with all related Government's Platforms such as; Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Ajeer, TAM, etc.
- Priority for candidate who is residing Makkah City and is ready to join.
