- ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- ✔️ Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Performance Management
- ✔️ Proven experience in managing end-to-end performance cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and PIPs
- ✔️ Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS tools)
- ✔️ Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, competency frameworks, and performance analytics
- ✔️ Ability to generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS (advanced Excel skills required)
- ✔️ Experience in HR generalist functions including employee lifecycle management, C&B, and HR operations
- ✔️ Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- ✔️ Experience in GCC/Qatar market preferred
