The Role

What You'Ll Be Doing

• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee records, contractual changes, and offboarding.
• Managing UAE visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting international employee requirements where applicable.
• Owning and continuously improving BambooHR, maintaining accurate employee records, reporting, documentation, and HR workflows.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and operational standards to support a growing international business.
• Preparing employment contracts, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and wider legislative requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Working closely with leadership and the wider People function to ensure consistent HR processes, policy adherence, and an excellent employee experience.
• Supporting employee relations matters, HR queries, and people initiatives while partnering with managers across the business.
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, automate administrative tasks, and enhance operational efficiency as the business continues to scale.

What We'Re Looking For

• Proven experience within an HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration processes, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, documentation, and operational best practice.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
• Experience within Financial Services, Professional Services, or a multi-entity environment would be advantageous.
