The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Finance Manager to join our Dubai team.

While this role has a strong core finance foundation, the scope extends well beyond traditional accounting responsibilities.

This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across finance, operations, commercial decision-making, and elements of the investments side of the business.

We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, and wants visibility across a growing international business rather than operating within a narrow finance function.

This role is particularly suited to someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys building scalable processes, and wants to make a genuine impact as the business continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the general ledger across multiple entities and jurisdictions
  • Leading month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Preparing management accounts, financial analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Supporting multi-entity accounting, group consolidation, and intercompany processes
  • Working closely with leadership across operational and commercial areas of the business
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis
  • Performing reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining strong financial controls
  • Contributing to process improvements, scalability initiatives, and wider business operations
  • Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Gaining exposure to investment-related reporting, analysis, and business activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience within multi-entity and group accounting environments
  • Experience working with multiple currencies highly advantageous
  • Solid understanding of management reporting, consolidations, and financial controls
  • Commercially minded with the ability to think beyond transactional finance
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Someone who enjoys broad exposure across finance, operations, and business strategy
