About Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Officer (UAE National)
to join our Human Resources team in a growing
FinTech company regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE)
.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in building a career in Human Resources.
The successful candidate will support the employee onboarding and offboarding processes while gaining exposure to HR operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Onboarding
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare employment-related documentation and maintain employee records.
- Support visa, medical, and Emirates ID processing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure employees are set up with the necessary access and equipment.
- Assist in conducting employee induction and orientation activities.
Offboarding
- Support employee resignation and termination processes.
- Assist with clearance procedures and required documentation.
- Coordinate the return of company assets and closure of employee records.
- Maintain accurate offboarding records and trackers.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Support HR reporting and administrative activities.
- Assist with audits and compliance-related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- **UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book.**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous HR experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within the HR field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability and willingness to work from the office.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
