Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Entreprise VENTURA - Calorifuge - Isolation Thermique - Flocage will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, in a full-time remote capacity.
This role will design and implement HR policies and procedures that support compliance, organizational effectiveness, and a positive workplace culture.
Daily responsibilities include managing talent acquisition processes, maintaining HR records, handling employee relations issues, and advising leaders on workforce planning and development.
The Human Resources Manager will coordinate training programs, support health and safety initiatives, manage compensation and benefits administration, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Collaboration with management, timely reporting on HR metrics, and continuous improvement of HR practices are core components of this position.
Qualifications
- Experience with core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and documentation management.
- Ability to design and support training, development, and organizational change initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, remote collaboration tools, and basic data analysis for HR metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels and departments.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM or equivalent) is an asset.
- Experience in construction, insulation, industrial services, or a related technical sector is advantageous.
